People
We exceed our Client's recruitment expectations by providing accurate and timely Candidate (people) placements. This is achieved by identifying our Clients (people) exact requirements and ensuring the Candidate has the necessary skills and experience by utilising our comprehensive interview and screening processes.
Processes
With the Client now confident in our Services we can use our extensive Management and Financial Consultancy expertise to offer a full or partial review of our Clients existing recruitment process and offer practical advice towards any potential improvements and process enhancements.
Performance
Having carried out a process review we can then offer our Client the opportunity to work with Unity Personnel Ltd within a formal contractual framework (i.e. Preferred Supplier, Master Vendor or Sole Supplier). By implementing such agreements we will provide comprehensive Management Reporting to agreed timescales and Key Performance Indicators to significantly enhance the recruitment experience.
