After a successful tendering process, Unity Personnel Ltd, the Leeds based Specialist Recruitment Consultancy have been selected by DWP to provide employment advice and services.

As part of the Government’s response to the economic downturn, DWP has inrtoduced a range of additional of services for all customers. An element of that response, the Jobsearch Supplier Service for Newly Unemployed Professionals, is targeted principally at professional or executive jobseekers who have become unemployed after a period of long employment or, whose jobs are significantly at risk.

From 6th April 2009, Unity will provide a number of employment and career advisory services to Professionals and Executives across the North of England, ranging from labour skills and capabilities analysis through to CV, job application and interview preparation, within the following industry sectors:

• IT • Sales and Marketing • Accountancy and Finance • Engineering and Technical
