Unity Personnel Ltd continue with their growth plans by recently launching Unity Social Care, a specialist division of the Leeds based Recruitment Consultancy. Operating throughout the North of England, Unity Social Care specialise in the provision of permenant, contract and temporary social care personnel.

With sigificant links to the Care industry across areas including Autism and Dementia, Unity Social Care (www.unitysocialcare.co.uk) has featured within Unity’s growth strategy since its inception back in 2005. Unity’s Recruitment Director and Head of Unity Social Care (Lee Mansell) commented “With recent changes in the labour market, 2009 was the right time to launch Unity Social Care, as we continue to grow the business throughout the economic downturn”.

Unity carried out an extensive recruitment drive to build the Unity Socal Care team, focusing on their key criteria of Consutlants possessing hands-on industry knowledge of the Care sector. With ten years Care related experience within recruitment and industry, Pete Beaumont was selected as a Senior Consultant.
