I had always been cynical about employment agencies up until the point I joined Unity.  For as long as I can remember, friends have been telling me tales of their frustrations with their Agencies, how they had rung on a daily basis to see if anything had come up, and being told no, but just to keep ringing. My expectations were very low! But Unity has changed all that. I registered with them on Thursday, and after completing my work profile Pete identified a job that would be right up my Street! I went for an interview the very next day, and by Monday he rang to let me know I had got the job and started the next week! It’s the little things that make the difference.  He rang me on my first day to check all was well, and has since rung to see if there are any problems, or any assistance he can give. I feel very confident that they are actively working to find opportunities for me – Having received such a high standard of service I would highly recommend Unity to anyone who is seeking employment, and wants to join an agency that understands that everyone is individual, and focuses on getting the job that suits you and not the Agency! Alison Corless

 I would like to say in ref to Unity’s support and how professional they have been in handling my application for Lean Facilitators position at the end of 2007. During this period of interviews and communication regarding the position I found Lee and the people at Unity very professional and tops for communications between myself and the client. I would personally recommend any candidate or client to contact Unity when looking for recruitment services. My only suggestion for improvement for Unity would be to become more noticeable in the market place. They are as equally as effective in recruitment as some of the bigger more household names in the recruitment industry. Keep up the good work.

I would particularly like to commend your senior consultant Keeley for her outstanding customer service, positive attitude and effieciency. She guided me through the process from the moment I sent my CV in. In fact, I got a phone call the same afternoon, and an interview was set up immediately. Keeley would always get in contact before any interview/presentation and make sure I was fully prepared. We would always speak after each interview/presentation as well.
 
I felt Keeley was very approachable and easy to talk to, which really made the process a stress free one.
